      樟树港辣椒产地是湖南省岳阳市湘阴县樟树镇,有着两百多年的种植史。作为千年古镇,樟树镇自尧舜禹时期就有二妃泣帝的传说,到了近代更是有晚清名臣左宗棠置地种辣椒的轶事。左宗棠在故乡樟树港柳庄居住时,一日三餐不可缺少的就是樟树港辣椒。

      

    樟树港辣椒的生产方式:

     

      1、品种选育:选用优质、商品性好的地方品种-樟树港辣椒,按照先进的良种培育技术进行提纯复壮后,统一建立育苗基地,在湘阴县樟树镇所辖的文谊新村、柳庄、樟树港等8个村域范围内进行标准化生产种植。

      2、育苗:在播种前备好育苗营养土,即选用1年内未种过茄科作物的细园土加腐熟过筛的火土肥充分拌匀后作为盖籽土。

      3、整地施肥:选择土层深厚、排水良好的沙壤土作为辣椒种植地,深耕耙碎后,分厢作畦,厢宽2-3米,开好围沟和排水沟,每亩施腐熟的有机肥。

      

    樟树港辣椒是什么品种

     

      樟树港辣椒植株矮小、分枝密集,株高30-40厘米,开展度约35-40厘米,属有限分枝辣椒类型。椒果呈羊角形,青果浅绿色,熟果暗红色,果表有纵棱和皱褶,手按有韧性,果端钝圆,果长5-8厘米,果径(果肩横径)1-1.5厘米,果肉厚0.1-0.15厘米,果柄偏短,果顶尖可见微微凹下的小紫色花蔕印。单果重5-8克。该品种果实辣味适合大众口味,前期微辣香甜,中期中辣香脆,后期辣而有香,味纯不涩,椒香浓烈且明显高于其他品种,清炒时皮肉不分离,清脆柔软,独具清香,口感佳,品质优良。

    The production method of Zhangshugang pepper:

     

      1. Breeding of varieties: Select high-quality and good commercial local varieties-Zhangshugang pepper, after purification and rejuvenation according to advanced breeding technology, establish a nursery base, in Wenyi New Village, Liushu Town, Xiangyin County, under the jurisdiction of Zhangshu Town. Standardized production and planting are carried out in 8 villages including Zhuang and Zhangshugang.

      2. Nurturing seedlings: Prepare seedling nutrient soil before sowing, that is, select fine garden soil that has not been planted with Solanaceae crops within 1 year, and mix well with decomposed and sieved fire soil fertilizer as seed cover soil.
